Database

The jPOST Database provides high-quality re-processed proteome data. After upload to the jPOST Repository, the raw MS data is re-analyzed and re-annotated by the jPOST standard re-processing protocol, and is filtered to meet our quality metrics. The results are stored in “Cube” databases (one Cube database made from one sample). All Cube databases are accumulated into a “Globe” database, and users can retrieve data from the Globe database by faceted search. The jPOST Database has a flexible data viewer called “Slice“, which can be customized by users or utilized with preset “Slices.”
